I am a married mother of three girls, two teens and a toddler. So far, life is good, but very, very busy!
I love to bake and cook vegan and here is where i tell you about all of it!
I also bake non-vegan for others, and i tell you all about that too!!
My children and I are all vegetarian (I am mostly vegan) so we try to adhere to a certain lifestyle.
I also waitress on the weekends and i help run my best friend’s computer tech business.
I live in a craphole town, the armpit of Illinois, good old Joliet. I love reading blogs of other cookers/cakers so if you want me to add you to my blogroll, just ask!

A fellow mom (2 teenage boys) and fellow passionate baker, I think your blog is so cool. I am constantly on the lookout for like minds and great recipes, vegan or not, dessert or not (though I do prefer dessert!) and people who I can “talk food” with. The flames on my mixer: I happened on a website one day, and the ad content said something about ‘pimp your kitchen-aid.’ I couldn’t resist. But the truth is, I don’t remember the name of the company. I do remember it was only $20 and it’s basically a big ol’ sticker.
